Instruction is educational. It is not personalised investment advice, discretionary portfolio management, or a promise of trading profit. Markets involve risk of loss. You remain responsible for your own trading decisions.
Enrolment and fees
Offers on this site are invitations to enquire. A binding place exists only when we confirm dates and you pay any required deposit or session fee according to the invoice or confirmation email. Informational prices may change until confirmation.
Intellectual property
Curriculum outlines, chart packs, annotated PDFs, journal templates, and site content belong to Software Optimizers or their licensors. You may use materials for personal study while enrolled. You may not copy, resell, publish, or teach from our packs commercially without written consent.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site (attempted intrusion, scraping that impairs service, submitting abusive content through forms, or misrepresenting affiliation with us).
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Software Optimizers is not liable for trading losses, indirect or consequential damages, or decisions you make after training. Our aggregate liability related to a paid enrolment is limited to fees you paid us for that enrolment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts with jurisdiction in Jeollanam-do shall hear disputes arising from these terms or training contracts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of material changes where permitted by law.
