Data we collect
- Enquiry forms: name, email, selected training format, optional experience level, message content.
- Enrolment administration: billing details you provide, attendance notes, homework charts you voluntarily send.
- Technical logs: basic server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) needed to operate and secure the site.
- Cookies: see our Cookies page for types and durations.
We do not ask for brokerage passwords, national ID numbers, or payment card data through this website’s mock enquiry form.
Purposes
- Respond to training enquiries and schedule sessions
- Deliver curriculum materials and session logistics
- Improve site content based on aggregated analytics if you accept analytics cookies
- Meet accounting and legal record duties in Korea
Legal bases
We process data where necessary to take steps at your request before a contract, to perform a training contract, to comply with law, or where you consent (for non-essential cookies). Legitimate interests include securing the site and answering messages you initiate.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer exchange continues into enrolment. Enrolment and invoice records are retained for periods required by Korean tax and commercial record rules (typically five years for relevant accounting documents). Chart homework you send may be deleted after the related cohort or review unless you ask us to keep annotations for follow-up.
Sharing
We use processors only as needed (for example email hosting or studio scheduling tools). We do not sell personal data. Authorities may receive data when law requires.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside Korea, we seek appropriate safeguards (contractual clauses or equivalent measures) and will describe them on request.
Your rights
Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and withdraw cookie consent. Contact info@software-optimizers.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) or other competent authority.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (access control, least-privilege mailboxes, TLS on the public site where hosted). No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
